We aim to provide a high standard of service however if you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from the doctors or any of the staff working in this practice, please contact the Practice Manager.
We operate a practice complaints procedure as part of an NHS system for dealing with complaints. A copy of our complaints procedure is available from the surgery.
One of the doctors or the Practice Manager will be available for discussion should you feel at any time that you have cause for complaint.
