There are three cancer screening programmes:
NHS Breast Screening Programme
The Breast Screening team are at Solihull Hospital.
Eligible ladies will receive an appointment in the post but if you do not receive one or the date is not convenient please call the Breast Screening department on 02476 967200 and speak to one of our friendly team.
The NHS Breast Screening Programme saves 1,400 lives every year. All women aged 50 and over are entitled to breast screening every three years.
As part of the National Breast Screening Programme the age range is being extended from 47 to 50 and 70 to 73 and women are being selected randomly per GP practice. Please call the number below to arrange a convenient appointment.
