Comments, queries and suggestions
Please speak to any member of the Arden Medical Centre Staff if you have any comments, queries or suggestions about the service we provide.
Alternatively, contact our Patient Participation Group by leaving a message for them at the surgery, telephoning the chairman or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can also leave a review on the NHS Choices website.
We aim to provide a high standard of service however if you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from the doctors or any of the staff working in this practice, please contact the Practice Manager.
We operate a practice complaints procedure as part of an NHS system for dealing with complaints. A copy of our complaints procedure is available from the surgery.
One of the doctors or the Practice Manager will be available for discussion should you feel at any time that you have cause for complaint.
You can also find more information from the General Medical Council (an independent organisation that helps to protect patients and improve medical education and practice across the UK)
